Hmmmm. I am puzzled.

273I distinctly recall reading in the New England Journal of Doggie Medicine that Black Labs were too stooopid to help navigate a vehicle.  So what is this lab doing riding shotgun?????

Hmmmm.

Maybe I can entice one to follow me back to my lab and then dissect the beast and get to the bottom of this conundrum.  Then I can reassemble the dog and turn him in to my Laboratory Retriever.

Sounds like a good plan to me.

  1. Oh Ainsley! Labs are our friends! They are wonderful souls. You just need to get to know one. As far as stoopid…..I don’t think so either. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. LOL Arooooo

    1. Hmmm. My observations, documented in literally dozens of notebooks, is that Labs are edgier than their Golden brethren. They’ve tried to pick many a fight with me and my brother at the dog fight. Be careful…I have detected an impish force in those animals. Evil…maybe not Husky or Malamute or Pitbull evil, but evil nonetheless.

      1. We won’t dispute any of your facts Dr. Ainsley because I’m sure they are well documented but we just want to say that we were raised by our older sister, Bailey, a yellow lab, and she is absolutely, wonderful, loving, and gentle. In fact, our hooman always comments that we are Scotties that are part Lab – and we consider that a compliment. Carry on your wonderful work – we are so happy how you are blossoming into quite the leader!!

  2. Yes Ainsley. I can just hear brother Angus saying to himself….” I knew she had it in her all the time. Yes, I taught her well ….non debatable”

  3. “I see you seeing me seeing you” And yes, we know 3, yes 3 Labs very well. Devil is the word, evil is the deed. From a Scottie point of view that is…scientific facts.
