My name is Ainsley McKenna. I am a 5 year old Scottie, born in Janesville, Wisconsin, and raised and now living in Peru, Illinois. I took over this site on February 28, 2015, after my brother, Angus Fala (seen above), died at 13 years of age. Angus died, and had Cushing’s Disease and Lymphoma. I miss him greatly, but am carrying on the duties that he formerly performed…namely the CEO of Angus Fala Worldwide Enterprises.

I get a shot of Percortin once every 25 days. The vet does the shot for free but the meds are $223 for 100 days worth. At least the little bottle (4ml) has a picture of a Westie on the box. The problem is the production of the adrenal glands near the kidneys. Cushing’s is caused by too much hormone and Addison’s from not enough. Care to send your excess to me in Arizona?
